The Multi-Agency Wetland Planning Team (MAWPT) wants to help educators teach the children of our state about the beauty and value of wetlands. We've compiled some educational materials, useful links, and a Teacher's Tour through our site. This Teacher's Tour will guide you through the Wetlands of Arkansas, leading you through the pages of background information, basic classification, and an example wetland type from each class. We hope that you find the information helpful, and will write the web editor with other suggested sites or materials, so we can help get the word out.

How to Use the Teacher's Tour:
Below is a list of all the pages within the tour. To begin, scroll down to the Tour Menu and click the "Wetlands In Arkansas" link.
Once you've the started the tour, you can easily move from one page of the tour to the next. Simply scroll to the bottom of any page in the tour and click the "Back" or "Next" links.
